I find Dr Mark Chopin very easy to talk to; he is polite and professional listens to what I have to say and answers my questions in detail, I am nearing 70 years and can honestly say he is the best GP I have been registered with.
My Partner and his parents could not give Dr Chopin a higher review, but when I went to visit him I found him rude and told me 'hard luck' about my situation. Not exactly the professional response I was expecting and I found this very hurtful.
When I reported back to my Partner and parent they were very embarrassed that they had recommend him at all. They were genuinely shocked.
I live with psoriasis everyday and over the last year I have twice the number of scales. It is very uncomfortable and I wouldn't wish this on anyone.
After being to many surgery's with my daughter who is very sick Dr Chopin referred her to a rheumatologist straight away. Now she has a diagnosis. Dr Chopin will phone back if we can't get to the surgery and he even visited our home when she couldn't get out of bed but wanted to see a doctor. If he isn't about iv'e found the other doctors in the surgery helpful also. I wish we hadn't have been through so many bad experiences with other surgery's and my daughter hadn't ended up in a wheelchair before finding a good doctor and surgery.
He is experienced and attentive. Cannot fault.
Although I visit surgery as little as possible I have found Dr Chopin very good at listening to my concerns. He was especially kind and helpful to my late wife regarding her condition and I can not thank him enough over the care he gave her when needed.
